I got the map from Andy, and put it in my version of the rulebook. Art
seems to add a LOT to the size of the document, so we'll see about
that... maybe I'm doing something wrong, but the EPS of the map turned
out to be 17.5 MB(!!), so it's impractical to post the DVI.
I'll be uploading twice more before Origins... whatever I get done
tonight, and then a "Final Version" right before Origins.
