Finally, an update.

Okay guys... the latest update is on the page.  You can download the 
full V2 rulebook.  But it STILL isn't finished.

What's finished:

	- All Featured Techniques and pretty much all of Chapter 5, less the 
stuff that isn't finished :)  (see below)
	- Basic Rules(Chapter 1), Abilities(Chapter 3), Character Creation and 
Skills(Chapters 2 and 4), Magic rules I think(Chapter 6), Equipment 
mostly(Chapter 7)
	- Chapter 10, Campaign, is usable as well.

What ISN'T finished:

	- Combat needs revised(Chapter 8)
	- Running the Game(Chapter 9)
	- The Bestiary needs completely rewritten(Chapter 11)
	- All Appendices except C need recalculated/reposted.
	- The Magic supplement needs completely rewritten, though that 
shouldn't be a huge undertaking.  Note that the Siren's Voice rules 
will be moved to the Magic Supplement.

What needs work:

	- Tweaks here and there.
	- Chapter 5 needs some cleaning up and the Restricted Techniques 
haven't been fully listed for all Schools.
	- Chapter 6 likely still has some typos and balance issues.
	- Chapter 7 needs weapon descriptions and some pricing adjustments 
written, but is otherwise finished(IE, all stats should be correct, 
unless I missed one or two), other than the fact that I STILL don't 
have any Armek weapons detailed...

	Whew... lots of work yet to do... but I'm actually working on it 
again, at least.
