New update!

Hello all,

	After a long delay, I've finally uploaded a new update.  This update 
completes the conversion of the old Version 1.0 rules to the system 
Version 2 will use.  But it isn't quite finished, so call it Version 
1.9.

	Some new things:

		- All revisions done
		- New Magic system
		- All Restricted Techniques added in

	Things left to do:

		- Check over Skill chapter for typos and Difficulty numbers, just to 
be sure.
		- More Advantages and Disadvantages on the way.
		- More special abilities to learn(including some of the Greater Techs)
		- More creatures to add to the Bestiary, though the existing ones 
have been converted.
		- More Sample Spells to add.
		- The Tables in Appendix B need to be replaced.
		- Index of Tables needs added.
		- Some more Techniques for use with the Reach rules.
		- More detail on some nations/kingdoms and sections in the Campaign 
chapter.
		- An Index

	It's a long list, but most of the stuff on it is fairly minor compared 
to the Magic system revision.  Take a look at what's there, give me any 
thoughts.  And thanks.
