Another Update and progress report

Version 1.91 is being uploaded as I write this.  By the time I'm done 
it should be live.  Things finished this update and things left to do 
are below.

New things:

	- Advantages tweak, but no real new stuff.
	- Chapter 3 of the Magic book is up, with everything from the old 
system converted, plus a few new surprises.
	- Magic boosts in power for some cases, and clarifications on how to 
do some tasks like backlash damage.
	- New Techniques for use with the Reach rules
	- A lot of School listings now have the costs and Rank associated with 
each Technique listed, but I still have a lot of that to do(it's slow, 
dreary, boring work)
	- I gave Gaia and Fate some more "bite"
	- I put the source files up, along with last modified dates.

Things left:
	- Still need to check over the Skill section
	- More Advantages and Disadvantages
	- More special abilities(low priority)
	- More creatures for Bestiary
	- More stuff in the Campaign chapter
	- Tables in Appendix B
	- Index and Index of Tables
	- More Sample Spells
	- Convert Siren abilities from Magic book, and finish the Phrenomancy 
and Quickening sections.

Boy, it looks like I haven't done much, but I have been working on 
things.  Trust me.
