It isn't much on the surface, but it was a bit more work in the guts of
the document to get all the tables compiled and looking halfway decent.
A lot of inconsistencies popped up in naming and such. However, the
Magic Tables alone all compiled in one place should be a nice thing to
have. So, new version uploaded.
