When rolling multiple dice, it is possible to roll more than one 10. When this happens, the ``highest roll'' is actually higher than 10. For each 10 rolled after the first, add 2 to the total.
Example: Victor rolls 4 dice, achieving an amazing result by rolling a 10, 10, 10, and 4. He adds 14 to his Skill Rank and Aptitude.
